1. Gift vouchers purchased for any value are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and are governed by these terms and conditions, along with any specific terms stated on the individual voucher. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of value. Each voucher is valid for a single use only. If only part of the voucher value is used, the remaining balance will be forfeited.

2. Gift vouchers are redeemable exclusively onsite at Qurtuba Resort & Events and cannot be used through online platforms or third-party channels.

3. Current standard rates at the time of booking will apply. Availability for bookings made with a gift voucher is limited and subject to capacity. Qurtuba Resort & Events reserves the right to apply restrictions during peak periods or special events without prior notice. If the total cost of the meal exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the balance must be settled directly at the restaurant using a debit or credit card to confirm the booking.

4. Lost or expired gift vouchers cannot be reissued or replaced. Any modifications to the voucher will invalidate it. Guests may be required to present the gift voucher upon arrival. Both printed and pdf copies will be accepted as proof of redemption.

5. The applicable terms, conditions, and cancellation policy of the specific property will apply to all bookings.

6. Qurtuba Resort & Events reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or discontinue any promotional offers and vouchers at any time without prior notice.
