• All spa treatments, archery, and horse riding activities are subject to availability and operational schedules.
• Advance booking is required for spa treatments and selected activities to avoid disappointment.
• Package inclusions are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or alternative services.
• Iftaar, Sehri, Taraweeh salaah, and inspirational talks are provided at designated times and venues.
• Programme timings and experiences may be adjusted at management’s discretion due to operational, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Guests are required to arrive on time for all scheduled activities; late arrival may result in forfeiture of the activity.
• Standard cancellation, amendment, and no-show policies apply.
